Hey there.  I’m Lisa Nicolella. Thanks for making my professional acquaintance; it’s a short story that begins with two fun facts: I’ve been fascinated by human behavior since I was a kid. And my career influencing it was launched by a stranger.

At about 10, the person who inspired my youthful indignation by producing or (gasp) paying for the first television spot I declared rubbish, is to thank for a robust career effectively driving folks toward better choices.  While my college peers in psychology were digging deep into behavior-modification to save “Sally,” I was grinding it out studying Sally to understand what drives her practical elections.

Today with over 25 years’ experience, I am proud to have had mission-critical roles in dramatically scaling the important work at some really cool purpose-driven organizations.  Understanding and harnessing what compels us as humans and deftly making that path apparent is a craft and a joy.
